Today, as part of the state support for investments, the first investment contract in the history of the capital was signed for the provision of a state full-scale grant in the form of a land plot for the implementation of the investment project «High-tech meat processing complex of a full cycle in Nur-Sultan».
In order to implement this project, a modern, high-tech meat processing complex will be built in Nur-Sultan. This will strengthen the food belt of Nur-Sultan, increase production and processing of environmentally friendly and fresh meat products in the region, as well as expand the export potential of the livestock industry of Kazakhstan.
In general, the project plans to create more than 80 jobs, the estimated cost of the project is 3.6 billion KZT, production capacity will be 24 000 tons of meat and meat products per year.
Within the project it is planned to organize a full cycle of production – from slaughter to finished products: meat delicacies (kazy, shuzhyk, carbonade, fillet, ham, tenderloin, brisket, etc.); steaks (Tenderloin steak, Rib eye roll steak, Striploinsteak, Top blade steak, Flank steak, Machete steak, Trytipsteak, Hanger steak, Topside steak, etc.); sausage goods (smoked sausages, semi-smoked sausages, raw smoked sausages, smoked-boiled sausages, boiled sausages, sausages and wieners, etc.); canned goods (Stewed meat ANGUS, Beef stewed with buckwheat, Tourist breakfast, Beef stewed with rice, Stewed horse , etc.); semi-finished products (cutlets, hamburgers, dumplings 7 types, meatballs, stuffed cabbage rolls, chicken wings breaded, dumplings, etc.).
The production will use modern high-tech equipment from leading European manufacturers, such as BANSSAustria (Austria) - slaughtering line, cattle, lamb, horses, etc., Germany Freund (Germany) - equipment for the production of slaughter and deboning shops and meat products of premium class, ROSERGROUP - production of meat delicacies OgalsaSpain, Maschinenfabrik Seydelmann KG (Germany) - one of the leading European manufacturers of machines and plants for processing meat products.
