In January - December 2018, the volume of investments in fixed assets amounted to 1 056,7 billion tenge, which is 0,7% more than in the corresponding period last year.
In the investments structure by financing sources, 65,5% (692,0 billion tenge) is owned by enterprises, organizations and the population, while other borrowed funds account for 17,6% (185,9 billion tenge), budget funds - 14,4% (152,1 billion tenge), loans of banks are 2,5% (26,7 billion tenge).
External investments amounted to 184,4 billion tenge, an increase of 1,5 times as compared to January- December 2017 (119,6 billion tenge). The share of foreign investments increased from 17,5% to 24,0%.
In terms of use, the largest share is accounted for by transactions with real estate (42,5%), transportation and warehousing (28,3%), industry (8,4%) (electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning).
The main investor of the city is small-scale enterprise, whose investments account for 68.3% of the total volume of investments (12.5% of medium business, 16.2% of large business).
