Session in Almaty

A strategic session on improving the quality of tourist services «Expectations of tourists and reality» was held in Almaty, organized by the Ministry of Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Kazakh Tourism.

 The session was attended by representatives of government agencies and business entities, Astana Invest was attended by Director of the Department of Tourism Infrastructure Development - Sayat Kusainov.

 During the session, the participants discussed topical issues of this sphere and, as a result, developed a work plan to improve the quality of tourist services in Kazakhstan.
