New private schools of international standard will be built in the capital

Chairman of the Board of Astana Invest Yerzhan Baltayev visited schools under construction in the city of Nur-Sultan: the general Education school of the Kingdom of Bahrain (CF «Nurly-Astana»), Astana Garden School and Tamos Space School.

Today, there is a positive trend in the growth of the number of schoolchildren in the capital, so by 2022 the number of students is expected to increase by 25%. To help the state, private investors have increasingly begun to build schools, taking up the lion's share of projects in the city. Taking into account the social orientation, these projects are under special control of the mayor of the capital of Altai Kulginov.

Investors especially note the focus of the construction of private schools on providing high-quality education of an international standard. It should be noted that as part of the work to attract investors for the construction of schools with the assistance of Astana Invest, 37 investment projects with the creation of 40 thousand student places are being actively implemented in the city today. The total amount of investments under these projects is more than 90 billion tenge.

In addition, during the negotiations, issues of import substitution of building materials were discussed, a high demand was identified for such materials as double-glazed windows, ceramic products and sanitary ware, industrial linoleum, composite reinforcement, facade sandwich panels, etc.

In each direction of Astana Invest, work is underway to support and attract potential investors.
