Draft New Constitution Discussed at ASTANA UTARIA Plant

At the ASTANA UTARIA manufacturing and innovation plant, located in Industrial Park No. 1, another meeting was held to explain the draft of the new Constitution. The enterprise specializes in the production of modern specialized clothing.

The meeting was conducted in an informative and open format. The young and active workforce showed particular interest in issues of digital security, personal data protection, and citizens’ rights in the digital environment. The management of the enterprise was interested in business support measures, industrial development, export promotion, and new opportunities for entrepreneurs under the updated Constitution.

Dinara Taybasarovna Sadvakasova, Advisor to the Chairman of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan, participated in the event and explained the essence of the draft Constitution in a clear and structured manner. She gave detailed attention to Article 27, which defines key guarantees in labor, rest, and social protection, emphasizing the relevance of these provisions for plant employees.

Arslanbek Talgatovich Magzum, Member of the Astana City Maslikhat and Head of the Youth Wing of the AMANAT Party, spoke about current issues in societal development and the role of youth in implementing constitutional reforms.

Aydyn Kiilymbekov, Head of the Department of Industry, Special Economic Zones, and Export Development, provided practical information to the management and staff on production support mechanisms, export opportunities, and state support measures.

At the conclusion of the meeting, participants expressed confidence that the constitutional amendments will have a positive impact on the development of the manufacturing sector and the strengthening of the entrepreneurial environment.
