Cooperation has been established with the multi-profile Korean holding "Hyosung"

Within the framework of the visit of the Kazakh delegation to South Korea under the leadership of the akim of Nur-Sultan, a meeting was held with the leadership of the multi-profile Korean holding "Hyosung", specializing in the chemical, textile and petrochemical industries.

Yerzhan Talgatovich Baltaev, Chairman of the Board of Astana Invest GCRI LLP, as part of the delegation, took part in negotiations with a Korean company.

As a result of the meeting, a preliminary agreement was reached between the companies "Alageum Electric" and "Hyosung" on the implementation of a joint project for the construction of a plant for the production of high-voltage electrical equipment. High-tech equipment will be installed in large cities, and will close the problem of fast-growing cities to provide safe and stable electricity.

A unique project for the production of high-voltage electrical equipment will create over 200 new jobs with a capacity of 150 pcs. GIS (gas insulated switchgear), disconnectors, circuit breakers, current and voltage transformers per year. Products, in addition to the domestic market, are planned to be exported to other countries.

The Akimat of Nur-Sultan, together with the “MCRI“ Astana Invest ”LLP, will provide comprehensive support and support for this project.
