In January-March 2020, the volume of investments in fixed assets of Nur-Sultan city amounted to 122.3 billion tenge, which is 53.2% more than in the corresponding period last year.

In the investments structure infixsed assets by financing sources, 91.6% (112 billion tenge) is owned by enterprises, organizations and the population, budget funds account for 6.1% (7.5 billion tenge), while other borrowed funds occupy 2.0% (2.5 billion tenge) loans of banks 0.3% (0.3 billion tenge).

Foreign investments in the total volume of investments in fixed assets grew by more than 8.5 times and amounted to 49.5 billion tenge (January-March 2020 - 5.8 billion tenge). The share of foreign investments increased from 7.3% to 40.5%. The volume of investments per capita amounted to 107.2 thousand tenge, which is 45.3% higher than in the same period last year.

The main investor of the city is small business, whose investments account for 85.7% of the total volume of investments (large business - 8.5%, medium business - 5.8%).

In the areas of use, the largest share of investments in fixed assets falls on operations with real estate (52.7 billion tenge or 134.7%), and in art, entertainment and leisure (10 billion tenge or 6 830.4%).
