In January 2019, the volume of investments in fixed assets amounted to 23.3 billion tenge, which is 36.2% less than in the corresponding period last year.
In the investments structure by financing sources, 87,4% (20.4 billion tenge) is owned by enterprises, organizations and the population, while other borrowed funds account for 8.3% (1,9 billion tenge), budget funds – 3.8% (0.9 billion tenge), loans of banks are 0.5% (0.1 billion tenge).
External investments amounted to 1 billion tenge, a decrease of 2.3 times as compared to January- 2018 (2.3 billion tenge). The share of foreign investments decreased from 6.4% to 4.3%.
In terms of use, the largest share is accounted for by transactions with real estate (49,5%), industry (27,0%) (electricity, gas, steam and air conditioning), transportation and warehousing (6,5%).
The main investor of the city is small-scale enterprise, whose investments account for 70.8% of the total volume of investments (23.9% of large business, 5.3 % of medium business).
