Request for expression of investor interest for the implementation of a public-private partnership project

The Akimat of Nur-Sultan city, in order to attract potential private partners to planning the project "Transfer to trust management of sports grounds of secondary schools of the Education Department of Nur-Sultan" using the PPP mechanism, notifies about the request to express the interests of potential private partners to collect options for the implementation of this project.

The project preliminarily assumes the transfer to trust management of the territories of sports grounds of secondary schools (No. 15, No. 16, No. 18, No. 27 and No. 30) of the Education Department of the city of Nur-Sultan, for the subsequent construction and operation of multifunctional indoor sports grounds with year-round use.

Preliminary parameters of sports grounds:

- the building is one-story and has dimensions in terms of 24.0 * 48.0 m;

- vestibule - 3.3 sq. m .;

- lobby - 22 sq. m .;

- dressing rooms (for boys and girls) - 10.2 sq. m. and 12.4 sq. m .;

- gym - 100.5 sq. m .;

- honey. point - 6.3 sq. m .;

- coaching room - 8.3 sq. m .;

- heating unit - 3.2 sq. m .;

- showers for boys and girls - 4.0 square meters each;

- toilet for boys and girls - 1.7 sq. m.

The project implementation period will be determined by the PPP agreement.
