Representatives of the Nationwide Coalition met with the staff of Tap-Tatti LLP and explained the key directions of the draft new Constitution. The meeting was attended by deputies of the Astana City Maslikhat, including Bauyrzhan Smailov, Altynshash Tabuldina, and other speakers.

Tap-Tatti LLP is a company operating in the production and sale of confectionery products. The company not only provides the public with high-quality sweets, but also contributes to employment and ensures stable working conditions for its employees. During the open meeting with the staff, issues related to labor rights, social guarantees, healthcare, and the legal protection of citizens were widely discussed.

Particular attention during the meeting was paid to the advantages of the draft Constitution that directly affect public life. The speakers noted that the proposed amendments to the Basic Law are aimed at strengthening mechanisms for protecting citizens’ rights, more clearly enshrining the interests of working people, and improving the quality of the social sector.

Clear and accessible articulation of labor rights contributes to strengthening the responsibility of both employers and employees, and reinforces the principles of social justice in society. The draft Constitution is an important document that prioritizes the development of human capital, stable employment, and social protection.

At the conclusion of the meeting, representatives of the staff asked questions of interest and exchanged views in an open format. Such dialogue platforms not only help to broadly explain the content of the draft Constitution, but also take into account the proposals and opinions of residents.
