The road show "Welcome to St. Petersburg!" was held in the center of Eurasia – Kazakhstan

Representatives of Astana Invest took part in the road show «Welcome to St. Petersburg!», which was held in Nur-Sultan by the Committee for Tourism Development of St. Petersburg and the City Tourist Information Bureau.

The organizers noted that the interest in the event exceeded all expectations. 75 companies attended the workshop in Nur-Sultan.

According to statistics, more than 4 thousand guests from Kazakhstan have already visited the city on the Neva River in 2022. This flow is facilitated by the visa-free regime between countries. When crossing the Kazakh-Russian border, citizens of Kazakhstan only need to issue a migration card with a note on the date of entry, which becomes a document confirming the legal right to temporary stay in Russia for 90 days.

New areas of tourism are actively developing in St. Petersburg - educational, medical and industrial, including visits to the famous factories and factories of the city.

During the road show, Kazakhstani tour operators highly appreciated the tourism potential of St. Petersburg, as well as the business program and expressed interest in establishing cooperation to promote joint projects in the field of tourism.
