The following day, a delegation from the Malaysian Timber Council, headed by the organization’s Director General Noraihan Abdul Rahman, visited the Astana Invest front office. Astana Invest was represented by Azat Toleubay, Director of the Department of International Relations and Consolidated Analysis, and Khalima Iminova, Director of the Investment Projects Department.
The guests were introduced to the activities of the Astana Invest front office. The parties discussed prospects for cooperation in the construction and woodworking industries, opportunities for establishing direct business contacts, and implementing joint projects.
Following the meeting, the Malaysian delegation visited Industrial Park No. 1, where they familiarized themselves with the operations of Avalon-K and ATM Construction & Investment. Avalon-K specializes in furniture manufacturing. ATM Construction & Investment is a diversified manufacturing complex producing medical and office furniture, modular structures, metal structures, and other industrial products.
The business mission contributed to strengthening economic ties between Kazakhstan and Malaysia and further developing mutually beneficial cooperation.
