Joint-Stock Company "Socio-Entrepreneurial Corporation "Astana" (hereinafter referred to as the Company) is a regional development institute. The corporation's activities are aimed at implementing projects together with investors in various sectors of the economy; asset management, including through the development and bringing of subsidiaries and dependent organizations to a break-even level for their subsequent transfer to a competitive environment; support and stimulation of the development of small and medium-sized businesses; ensuring food security.
JSC SPK Astana was established in 2010. One of the strategic objectives of the Company is to ensure the growth of long-term value and sustainable development of the Company, which is reflected in development strategies and/or development plans.
The corporation’s sole shareholder is the Astana city Akimat.
