Truck Assembly in the Capital

The “STAHLBAU” plant, which assembles special-purpose trucks of the well-known Italian brand IVECO, has been operating in Kazakhstan since 2015. The enterprise occupies around 4 hectares of land in Industrial Park No. 1 near Astana.

“At present, the plant operates in only one shift. In the future, we are considering the possibility of switching to two or three shifts. The plant’s production capacity allows for the manufacture of up to 10,000 vehicles per year,” said Nurgisa Akhmetov, an engineer at STAHLBAU.
