Mayor's Office announces private partner selection tender for the project «Transfer to the trust management of State Public Enterprise «College of Humanities» of Nur-Sultan city Education Department»

On March 20, 2019, Akimat of Nur-Sultan in the person of «Office of education of Nur-Sultan» SA, 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan, Beibitshilik str., 11, announces a competition for the selection of a private partner for the project «Transfer to the trust management of the State municipal enterprise «Humanitarian College» of the Office of education of Nur-Sultan».

Object of SPP №1 - a property complex (land plot and buildings of the educational building and dormitory of the State municipal state enterprise «Humanitarian College» of the Office of education of Nur-Sultan located on it);   

Object of SPP №2 - planned construction of a new school building for 1,000 seats, with the possible exploitation of the building, under the ownership of the private partner.

All potential participants who meet the qualification requirements specified in article 32 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan «On state-private partnership» and tender documentation on the choice of a private partner are allowed to participate in tender.

List of required documents and requirements to potential participants for participation and submission to the organizer of the tender are specified in the tender documentation.

Package of copies of tender documentation can be obtained from 8.30 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 18.00 at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan, Beibitshilik str., 11, office № 711 since the publication of this announcement of tender.

Package of copies of tender documentation is provided free of charge.  

Tender applications for participation in tender and also the documents for qualification, sealed in envelopes, are submitted by potential participants of the courier to «Office of education of Nur-Sultan» SA at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan, Beibitshilik str., 11, office № 119.

Term for submission of documents confirming the compliance of a potential private partner with the qualification requirements is up to 15.00 inclusive of Nur-Sultan time on April 10, 2019.

Deadline for submission of bids for participation in the competition is up to 13.00 inclusive of Nur-Sultan time on May 2, 2019.

Opening of envelopes with tender applications will be carried out at 15.00 Nur-Sultan time on May 2, 2019 at the address: Republic of Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan, Beibitshilik str., 11, office № 712.
