A meeting was held at Astana Invest with representatives of McKinsey & Company, one of the world’s leading international consulting firms specializing in strategic management, corporate development, and infrastructure project implementation.

During the meeting, McKinsey & Company Partner Vadim Pokotilo presented the firm’s approaches and international experience in aviation infrastructure strategic planning, airport development, enhancing investment attractiveness, and ensuring sustainable passenger traffic growth.
During the discussions, Auez Tynibekov, First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Astana Invest, provided an overview of the ongoing efforts to develop Astana’s transport, logistics, and aviation potential, and outlined the key priorities for the further development of the capital’s airport infrastructure.
Following the meeting, the parties discussed prospects for future cooperation and potential areas of collaboration in airport infrastructure development, taking into account international best practices and the strategic priorities of Astana’s aviation sector.
