Astana is a rapidly developing city with significant potential for implementing new projects. As the capital continues to grow, the demand for new social facilities, modern infrastructure, jobs, and high-quality urban services is also increasing. Attracting private investment plays an important role in this process.
At the latest meeting of the regional investment headquarters, a number of projects were reviewed. These included the construction of the Kazakh Institute of Integrative Medicine, as well as logistics projects such as a 150,000-square-meter logistics hub and a 20,000-square-meter logistics center.
In the industrial sector, a project to establish a cluster for the production of irrigation equipment with an annual capacity of up to 1,000 units was presented.
Particular attention was paid to projects planned for inclusion in the Industrial Park No. 2 project pipeline.
These include the construction of a mineral wool board manufacturing plant with an annual capacity of 80,000 tonnes, as well as a facility for producing vehicles powered by alternative energy sources, with a capacity of 25,000 vehicles per year.
The total investment in the presented projects exceeds KZT 105 billion. Their implementation is expected to create approximately 1,500 new jobs.
