An important component of the modern economy is the construction industry. Building materials are the main base for construction and significantly affect the social condition of society.
The pace of construction is growing annually. The volume of construction in Kazakhstan in 2023 amounted to 7.5 billion tenge (growth of 14.7%). To maintain this pace of construction development, construction companies in Kazakhstan need quality construction materials.
The construction industry attracts both local and foreign investors. Thus, in 2023, $ 294.9 mln of direct foreign investments were attracted in construction.
The state at the republican and local executive level creates conditions for the development of this industry by creating favorable conditions for doing business in the country. Investors are offered favorable credit conditions, customs duties, tax breaks and full grants.
