An important component of the modern economy is the construction industry. Building materials are the main basis for construction and significantly affect the social condition of society.
The pace of construction is growing every year. The volume of construction in Kazakhstan in 2022 amounted to 6.3 trillion tenge. (growth of 10%). To maintain this pace of construction development, construction companies in Kazakhstan need high-quality building materials.
The construction industry attracts both local and foreign investors. Thus, in 2022, $ 698.3 million of foreign direct investment was attracted to the construction.
The state at the republican and local executive level creates conditions for the development of this industry by creating favorable conditions for doing business in the country. Investors are offered preferential credit terms, customs duties, tax breaks and in-kind grants.
