The plant for the production of armored wheeled and tracked combat vehicles

The plant for the production of armored wheeled and tracked combat vehicles, located in the SEZ “Astana — New City” (Kensaz St., 3/2), was built with private funds without the use of budget financing. The project was implemented in cooperation with the Turkish corporation OTOKAR and the Chinese state consortium NORINCO.

The products are registered as Kazakh-made and have been accepted into service by the Armed Forces and the National Guard — the engineering and technical integration of the chassis and combat module was carried out through scientific experimental-design research (Patent of the Republic of Kazakhstan No. 8743). A complete set of design documentation is available, and a licensing agreement for production has been signed.
