Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) Block Manufacturing Plant

“DAT KZ” produces autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) blocks under the trademark “UNITON” , fully compliant with GOST 31359-2007 standards. The products are used in the construction of residential and industrial facilities. Aerated concrete products are a popular construction material, essentially representing a porous artificial stone obtained through autoclave processing.

The plant has a production capacity of over 150,000 m³ per year. High-tech equipment (manufactured in China) with a high degree of automation is used. The company also has its own laboratory for incoming raw material analysis and testing of finished products.
