Astana Invest Employees Visited a Special Economic Zone in Russia

Employees of Astana Invest visited the industrial production special economic zone (SEZ) "Alabuga" located in Tatarstan.

This center provides favorable conditions for investors implementing high-tech and innovative projects in key sectors of the economy. The Alabuga SEZ has been operating since 2006 and currently offers investors ready-to-use infrastructure, including industrial, engineering, transportation, and customs facilities.

During the visit, Astana Invest employees were introduced to the following enterprises:

• LLC ST "Alabuga" (manufacturer of sandwich panels for the production of isothermal vans, refrigerators, and commercial vehicle bodies);
• LLC P-D Tatneft-Alabuga Fiberglass (producer of fiberglass and fiberglass-based products);
• Alabuga Polytechnic Education Center, a hub for training skilled workers, educating about 10,000 people annually;
• Residential complexes "Pyramid" and "Southern Park", designed to provide educational, office, sports, and residential infrastructure for the SEZ employees and students of Alabuga Polytechnic.

Over its years of operation, the Alabuga SEZ has achieved significant success, attracting more than 60 resident companies, including global giants such as Ford-Sollers, 3M, Armstrong, Saint-Gobain, Air Liquide, Rockwool, and Hayat Group. It has also been ranked among the top 40 SEZs worldwide, confirming its status and competitiveness on the international stage.

The visit to the Alabuga SEZ was an excellent experience that opens new horizons for cooperation and investment.
