The GLB House-Building Plant is a unified design and production complex. For the first time in Kazakhstan, both large-panel housing construction and the production of colored and textured concrete have been localized on a single site. Automated European equipment from the world’s leading manufacturers enables the plant to design and produce an almost unlimited variety of house types for any architectural and planning project.

The foundation of the project, implemented under the Industrialization Program, was the idea of establishing a high-tech production facility for large-panel housing construction, focused on industrial-scale development of residential buildings and social facilities of enhanced comfort, offering the widest possible range of planning and facade solutions.
